Dylan in June 2015

You are my favorite boy ever!!

You love to have your back tickled and insist on it nightly.
You LOVE playing outside and would swing for hours on end if we let you!
You think you are so funny when you spray mom with your water guns or the puppy with the hose!
You are a total sugar addict - cotton candy and soda are your favorite.
You met the Avengers this month at our annual community days, I will never forget the smile on your face!
You love having friends/cousins come to play, and really really hate when they have to go (I'm talking total and complete meltdown)
You have a total love/hate relationship with the new puppy.  You want to love him, but are also totally terrified of him.
You are constantly knocking your sister down and tackling her.  She thinks it's funny, but I fear you normally do it to be mean, and one of these times are bound to hurt her.
You love watching Daniel Tiger, and I love it too!  You are constantly singing the little songs from the show, and they are teaching you such good lessons!

June 2015 Family Recap

June was good.  Lots of family visits, lots of outside playing, lots of celebrating, and a lot of just being together!

At the start of the month Pop and Nan were here and helped Daddy put together the kids play set. Dylan has been in heaven since!  He still won't go down the "twisty yellow tunnel slide", but he loves climbing the wall and swinging!  A little later in the month they were back and brought cousin Jack with them!  I was lame and didn't get a single photo of the kids playing, but Dylan was in heaven having him here.

We of course made good use of all our passes with visits to our favorite museums.  We were thrilled that Daddy was able to join us on a few of our outings and cousin Lilli on a few others!

A little later in the month Grandpa and Grandma came to visit and we loved playing with them and being able to spend Father's Day with both Dad and Grandpa!  It also meant more play time with Lilli, which we always love!

Daddy had to travel on his actual birthday, so we celebrated a few days early with all the usual fanfare - presents, cake, and balloons!

Our biggest event this month was bringing home a puppy!  Dylan has named him Michelangelo (Mikey) or perhaps batman, spiderman, or wolverine depending on the day!  He's as cute and as naughty as you would expect a puppy to be.  I'm hoping he learns quick before he makes me crazy!

We of course we spent plenty of time just hanging out with one another, including a movie date and some backyard camping!

Aaaaaaaand of course we napped together (I just can't resist sleeping photos)

Basically life is good!
