Neko - 20 Months

20 months!  I cannot believe how close we are getting to the big two!  Something happened this month where suddenly you stopped being a baby, it kinda breaks me heart!  I swear one day someone mentioned how big you have gotten, and now every time I see you, you look even more grown up!  I love you to pieces and am so happy you are mine!

You were sick nearly all month!  It was just a silly cold, but combine the cold with your gag reflex and it was a long yucky month!

You learned to say "no" just in time for being sick.  All day long it's "nooooooo"  saddest thing!

Your favorite word is "more!"  More food, more playing, more running, more coloring.  More!  More!  More!  All day long!

You love to dance and do the cutest little hip shimmy, two step

You still really hate nursery

You really don't like the snow, which between the cold and the marshmallow snow clothes, I can't say I blame you!

You will not keep your socks and shoes on in the car, it makes me crazy!

You say the cutest "cheeeeeese!" for photos

You are starting to say/repeat lots of new words

You really love to color!

You do not like to wear your coat and tear it off as quickly as you can

You are not a fan of Santa!

You love Uncle Ryan, you opened all your presents with him and regularly ditched me to hold his hand instead!

I love everything about you, but you are especially fun during holidays!  All month you've been so excited for Christmas to come!  You've been my handiest helper and I couldn't be any luckier to have you as my boy.

When we ask you to do something you don't really want to, but have to anyway you respond with "Fine!  I will!"  So much attitude!

You have been extra emotional lately, so much crying!

You love playing in the snow

You are constantly practicing your letters, both recognition and writing, and getting so so good at them!  Makes me and your dad super proud!

Your favorite saying this month is "what the heck!?!"

We have six Christmas countdowns and they are the highlight of your morning, that and finding our elf Jingle-Bell

Speaking of Jingle-Bell and Christmas you are totally into the magic of it all, I love it so much!

You love to play board games, but are a horrible loser!

If we ever need you to hurry and get something done, we turn it into a race.  You love to race!

You've found your first favorite song that you picked out all by yourself, it's Rude by Magic!  Your dad hates it, but it doesn't stop you from loving it!

You love to go to the movie, it's one of your favorite outings!

You loved having Uncle Ryan visit for Christmas!
